Q1Will enlarging make the image sharper?
No. Scaling up stretches existing pixels; detail does not appear and the result looks softer. The tool warns you when the target is larger than the source.
Q2Why are the width and height of my phone photo swapped?
Phone photos carry an EXIF rotation flag and some browsers read the raw pixels without applying it. Rotate the image first, or re-export it from your gallery.
