2 questions
Q1Will it delete parts of the drawing?
No. It only removes the XML declaration, DOCTYPE, comments and whitespace between tags. Path data, viewBox and fill attributes stay as written.
Q2Why is it less aggressive than SVGO?
SVGO rewrites path data and removes default attributes for a smaller file, but the result is hard to review by hand. This tool only does text-level cleanup, so you can see exactly what changed.
